This coffee comes from the steep, sun-soaked hillsides of Los Lirios, Comayagua, where Adasmin Bautista tends to his one-hectare farm, El Zapote. A third-generation coffee grower, Adasmin's journey began as a teenager helping his parents on their farm. Over time, with a small gift of land from his mother and the support of his family, he built something of his own—transforming tradition into livelihood, and passion into precision.
Grown at altitudes between 1600 and 1700 meters above sea level, this lot of Typica is naturally processed. The cherries are picked at peak ripeness, fermented dry in tanks for 24 hours, and then dried slowly on raised beds in solar dryers for 25 to 30 days. The result is a cup full of clarity and sweetness, a direct reflection of Adasmin’s care and the land he cultivates.
