Brought to life from Toca da Raposa farm in the heart of Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region, Rhapsody captures the essence of a remarkable coffee heritage. Grown at an altitude of 1,200 meters, these beans embody a legacy of sustainable cultivation and nearly organic farming, nurtured by José Maria de Oliveira and his grandson, Deyvid Leandro. José’s devotion to coffee, fostered alongside his wife Lourdes, transformed their farm into a respected name in specialty coffee, recently awarded first place in Minas Gerais for excellence in the induced fermentation category. Rhapsody’s profile is an elegant fusion of chocolate and molasses with hints of honey and floral undertones, all harmonized by a creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel. This coffee is both a tribute to tradition and a celebration of innovation—perfect for those who appreciate the artistry of truly exceptional beans.

100% specialty grade Arabica coffee beans, no added flavors.

José Maria de Oliveira

Rhapsody comes from José Maria de Oliveira, a seasoned coffee grower whose life’s work has shaped the landscape of Cerrado Mineiro. Farming since his youth and supported by his wife, Lourdes, José has spent decades nurturing Toca da Raposa — the farm he built from humble beginnings into an award-winning producer of specialty coffee. His grandson, Deyvid Leandro, has been by his side since childhood, encouraging him to explore the world of specialty coffee and helping elevate the farm’s approach to sustainable, nearly organic cultivation. José’s craft is rooted in tradition, enriched by family, and guided by a quiet pursuit of excellence — and it shows in every cup.
