The APCAB Coop (Association des Planteurs de Café de l'arrondissement de Belle-Anse) stands as a testament to Haiti's dedication to sustainable and ethical coffee production. Situated in the Kolen region, this cooperative of 809 members focuses on empowering local farmers through fair wages and community development. Their commitment ensures that each bean not only meets high-quality standards but also supports the livelihoods of Haitian coffee growers.

Grown at an elevation of 1,400 meters, the beans thrive in Haiti's nutrient-rich volcanic soils. The region's consistent tropical climate, optimal rainfall, and natural shade from indigenous vegetation contribute to the beans' distinctive flavour.
